Target Swinger

If you shoot practical pistol competitions, you love (or hate) this devious target system. It holds a standard cardboard target on a swivel, and when released the target swings back and forth. Swingers are used in IPSC, IDPA, and USPSA matches.

Typically, the target is set so it can't initially be seen, hidden behind a no-shoot or a barrel; the shooter triggers it by a shooting a steel popper, or some other mechanism (you can use a piece of lumber with a string tied to it). When triggered the target swings into view, then back and forth. Accepts common lath or 1x2 lumber and uses thumbscrews to tighten in place.

Availability: check the 'Shipping Delay Notice" on the front page or the FAQ for details.

Available as an option is a steel 'Shootable Leg' which holds up the counterweight. This allows the shooter to shoot the leg out, then shoot the swinger; with no other trigger required.
